A five-star review doesn’t seem enough to express my appreciation for my agent. When selecting insurance, it's important to also choose the right agent. I'm so grateful for the support of my agent, Ma'am Johanna. Last year, we applied for my parents' insurance, and just two weeks ago, when my dad was admitted to the hospital, we immediately reached out to her for advice. Even though I'm currently in Australia, I had my sister in the Philippines contact Ma'am Johanna to get a clear explanation of our coverage. I think my sister called Ma'am Johanna 2-3 times a day, as we faced a few challenges at the hospital. Thankfully, Ma'am Johanna was there to guide us and help resolve everything.
